Our Program

J.C. Blair Company Care is a comprehensive occupational health program offered by J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital to all area employers. The program is designed to give employers more control over workers’ compensation costs and help ensure that minimum employee time is lost. Company Care also offers a variety of employee health services to keep your workforce healthy.

Company Care is for:

Employers: Large or small, we’re here to meet your needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from pre-
employment healthcare screenings to post-accident/illness medical care.

Employees: We work with your employer to keep you healthy, so you can enjoy your life outside of work as much as you do at work.

Our Services

We provide the following services for you and your employees:

Physicals:

  • Employment (DOT & Non-DOT)
  • Bus Driver Physicals
  • Annual
  • Return to Work
  • OSHA Mandatory

Drug & Alcohol Screening:

  • Urine Collection Only & Result Testing
    • DOT or Non-DOT
    • Pre-Employment
    • Post Accident
    • Reasonable Suspicion

  • Drug & Alcohol Consortium
  • Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT)
