J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital offers a broad range of obstetric and gynecologic services in a community hospital setting designed to offer the most individualized personal care available in the area. Physician offices are located on the third floor of the Medical Office Building of the Hospital.

The health care professionals at J.C. Blair OB-GYN Associates includes two physicians, two nurse midwives, and nurses. They are dedicated to caring for women in the areas of obstetrics and gynecology. The team includes:

Dr. Kenneth Lee has been an expert laparoscopic surgeon since 1985 and a preceptor in laparoscopic surgeries since 1998. He specializes in and offers various minimally invasive surgeries in addition to conventional OB/GYN specialty work.
Dr. Onukogu cares for women of all stages of their life. She offers family counseling, prenatal, annual exams, menopause counseling, incontinence management and offers many laparoscopic surgical procedures. She will care for you with the skills and compassion you deserve.
Midwifery Services
Nurse midwives are specially trained and licensed health care practitioners educated in nursing and midwifery. Certified nurse midwives provide woman-centered primary care to women of all ages at J.C. Blair. Midwife offices are located on the third floor of the Hospital, J.C. Blair OB/GYN Associates, Ltd.
