The 1911 Legacy Society recognizes individual donors who have named J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital Foundation as a beneficiary of their estate either through a will, trust, or other deferred or life income charitable gift arrangement. Gifts that qualify for 1911 Legacy Society recognition include:

• Bequest from your will or trust
• Life insurance
• Charitable gift annuity
• Charitable remainder trust
• Charitable lead trust
• Gift of retirement plan or IRA

1911 Legacy Society gifts can also be structured as named funds or endowments to fund care well beyond the donor's lifetime – truly a lasting legacy for any family.
