Nearly 200 Children Benefit from J.C. Blair Treasures for Children Campaign
J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital employees, along with Santa, presented nearly 200 gifts to the Salvation Army for their 2011 “Treasures for Children” Campaign.
This marks the 15th year that hospital employees, physicians, and board members have donated their own time and money to purchase gifts to fulfill the wishes of local children during the Christmas season.
J.C. Blair Behavioral Health Nurse Manager Cindy Davis, assisted by her husband J.C. Blair Engineering Director Tim Davis, has been involved with the Salvation Army’s “Treasures for Children” project for over 20 years, organizing a campaign with her previous employer before coming to J.C. Blair.
