The Auxiliary to J.C. Blair Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon has announced the first annual Cindy Taylor Nursing Scholarship recipient, Katie Dickson. She is the daughter of Brent and Lori Dickson of Huntingdon.

Katie's church involvement includes nursery care, Sunday school class assistant, children's song leader, and church choir participation. She finds time to work as an innkeeper's assistant at the Inn at Solvang and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
The Cindy Taylor Nursing Scholarship was established in memory of Cindy Taylor by her family and friends in 2010. This year's softball tournament was held Saturday, August 6, 2011.
