STAFF PHARMACIST
J. C. Blair Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time Pharmacist within our progressive Pharmacy Department. Nestled in scenic Huntington County, the fully accredited Hospital is centrally located to both Altoona & State College which creates unique recreational, educational, and cultural opportunities. The Hospital is just minutes away from Raystown Lake and Juniata College. This position is a potential promotional opportunity to work within a 104 bed acute care facility committed to quality and service. Position requires current PA licensure and two to four years related hospital experience preferred; however, new graduates encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include medication dispensing, IV admixture, once a day aminoglycoside monitoring, drug use reviews, drug information, on-call rotation and one out of three weekend and holiday rotation. EVENING/NIGHT NURSE SUPERVISOR
J. C. Blair Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time Evening/Night Nurse Supervisor. Bachelor's degree or actively attending additional education toward a B.S. degree is required. Minimum of 3 years of recent professional nursing experience preferred. Previous management experience preferred. Previous administrative experience preferred. RN CASE MANAGER
Part-time Registered Nurse (RN) case manager needed for coordination of patient care and services in an acute care hospital setting. The case manager performs a wide variety of high-level patient care activities which include admission assessment and screening for placement in appropriate level of care, performing an ongoing review process of treatment, and discharge planning in collaboration with patient and family. Minimum of 3 years experience in acute care facility with a minimum of 2 years recent case management experience required. Working knowledge of InterQual criteria, computer skills and team facilitation required.
